°  The multi- faceted curator 2006 was hold by Asia-Europe Foundation and Goethe Institute, Jakarta from March 5th to March 12th, 2006 in Jakarta, Indonesia. 18 young curators from 18 countries participated in this workshop, aimed at  sharing curatorial experiences in Asia and Europe, a unique opportunity for networking, a chance to discuss and develop new curatorial strategies in an Asia- European multi- cultural context : identity, art and language, local/global, curating across cultures… Do Thi Tuyet Mai, director of Saigon Open City, is one of the participants.

°  An artist  talk  by Ms Arlene Judith Shechet, an American visual artist who gave lectures and exchanged with Vietnamese ceramic artists of Vietnam in ceramic exhibition area in Van Thanh, Binh Thanh District, HCM City on March 31st. Ms Arlene Schechet also had some exchanges in HCM Fine Arts Association (March 29th , 06), HCMC  College of Fine Arts (March 29th , 06) and Decorative College of Dong Nai (March 30th , 06). Public Affair Section, United States Consulate General HCMC Fine Arts Association, HCMC  College of Fine Arts, Decorative College of Dong Nai, Saigon Open City Co. were co- organizers.
